What`s new with UniCall?
New office in Prague
We moved our office from the outskirts of the city to the very centre of the Czech capital. Our driving motivation for the relocation was to make it more accessible for the current and new employees. The new office was arranged according to our newest policy that promotes spacious environments with a relocation room for the employees. The latter includes video games console, comfortable sofas, magazines and even something to exercise and stretch the muscles after a long and strenuous call.
New call centre in the Czech Republic
We have opened our fourth office in the Czech Republic in Olomouc located in the eastern part of the country. The main reason behind this selection its recruitment potential compared to our exisiting Czech offices. The call centre is equipped in 35 workstations that are nearly entirely dedicated to sales campaigns. Similarly to our new offices, it also has a relaxation room with comfortable sofas, video games consoles and magazines.
What stereotypes do modern call centres face?
We have taken part in a discussion about stereotypes plaguing call centre industry. Most of them come from 10 – 20 years back when Polish call centres and its clients learned what the telesales and customer service were all about.

Cooperation with Telio
We have resumed cooperation Telio – a leading Norwegian mobile telephony operator, who offers attractive local plans and packages to the Polish community in Norway. Unlike other operators, Telio has decided to come up with a modular offer allowing for a high degree of customisation to match customers’s requirements. Furthermore, the offer is expanded to include broadband internet offer from NextGenTel - Telio’s parent company. Owing to a large community of of Poles in Norway, it has become increasingly important to render services in Polish as it facilitates adaptation process in the country.
According to the official data, there are over one hundred thousand Poles living in Norway but unofficial sources double the figure since a large part of emigrants come for seasonal or one-off contracts. The majority of them work in the construction industry with a significant percentage of contractors running their own local businesses.
